The Finance Department is located at City Hall (3800 University).  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Department is responsible for:

·        Preparing the Annual Operating Budget

·        Preparing the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

·        Property Tax assessing and collecting

·        Water and sewer utility billing

·        Administration of the Municipal Court

·        Providing financial management services to other City Departments.
