PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITIES
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The City of West Univesity Place, Texas is requesting contractors to submit competitive sealed proposals to provide Construction Management Services for the following facilities: A new two story addition to City Hall to include a new Police Station and Emergency Operations Center. The existing City Hall will have minor renovations to the Finance Department and dormitory for the Fire Department.
Sealed Proposals shall be addressed and delivered to the City of West University Place City Secretary, 3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005 on or before 2:00 p.m. CST Thursday, December 3, 2009
